Our commitment in the last twenty-five years has been to train in, document and support the preservation of extant traditions and lineages of Inner Yoga (anuyoga).
In addition, interdisciplinary research and study of traditional Hatha Yoga, it's relationship to Indian tantric cycles, and those that evolved in Tibet and trans-Himalayan communities of practice has been our life's work.
At present, we are completing Phase two of an independent research Initiative, exploring the impact of Tibetan Yoga practices on mental and physical wellbeing.
